Ingredients
- 200 g Invert Sugar
- 60 g Prova Gourmet Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract
- 55 g Prova Gourmet Grade A Papua New Guinea Vanilla Beans (4oz)
- 3 g Xanthan Gum
Instructions
Paste
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend on high speed for at least 5 minutes.
- Once a smooth paste is achieved, transfer to a sealed container. Keep in a dry space for up to 1 year.
- Replace 1 vanilla bean with 15 g of vanilla paste in recipes.
