The Information We Collect

Please include as much address information as possible when shipping products, especially to commercial addresses. Suite, floor, and room numbers are especially helpful in getting your product properly delivered.

*Note: If all address information is not provided and/or is incorrect and the order is sent back to us, we reserve the right to charge you the shipping cost to re-ship the order.

Timely Delivery/Tracking

World Wide Chocolate makes every attempt to send out your order the next business day on average, but can take 1-3 BUSINESS days. However, during HOLIDAY PEAK times of the year, this may not be possible due to a high volume of orders. If a product is backordered or waiting on repackaging, you will be contacted via email if it is being held for more than 72 BUSINESS hours.

We will do our best but can not guarantee delivery on an exact day. Please make sure if you are looking at a particular delivery date that it is included in the comment section, or better yet, order early to have package arrive ahead of time.

Tracking information is emailed to you upon the order’s shipment, with the subject line, “Your World Wide Chocolate Order has Shipped”.  (Please check spam/promotional folders)

International Shipping

At this time we do not ship to any international addresses.

Shipping to APO/DPO (Military and Diplomatic) Addresses & Melting Disclaimer~

We ship to APO/DPO addresses through the United States Postal System; there is no extra charge for Military/Diplomatic addresses. 

ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!  Please note: Due to delays and unknown delivery windows, it is impossible to accurately protect your product for any warm weather it may experience in its journey to its final destination. We are unable to guarantee that Warm Weather Packaging will be successful in protecting your product. 

Shipping Cost

Shipping Costs are included in the product pricing. EXPEDITED shipping  is VERY COSTLY!  Call customer service at 603-942-6032 for availability and quote to be charged as a separate charge.

 

Can I change, cancel, or add to my order?

We try our best to ship all orders as soon as possible, so if you would like to amend or add to your order, please call us at (603) 942-6032 ASAP or email [email protected] to make the adjustment prior to shipment.

If you request to cancel your order after it has shipped, it is at your expense to ship it back to World Wide Chocolate.  All returns must be received to us in the condition that you received it.** PACK CAREFULLY! You can reuse the same box, packaging materials, Warm Weather Packaging and refreeze your gel packs if applicable. Your products must be received back to us in the condition we sent it to you! Once we have received and inspected your returned order, you will receive your credit issued directly back to your CC or PayPal account.

If you have made an error with your Shipping Address, please contact us immediately.  We can only change an address if the product has not left our facility.  Once an order has been picked up by our shipping partners, we can not change a Shipping Address!

**If you did not purchase Warm Weather Packaging during the summer months, we can not honor the return on meltable items.

Delivery Information

Orders tend to ship 1-3 BUSINESS day(s) after the order has been received. If the order will be held up (repackaging, backorders, etc.) you will be contacted within 3 BUSINESS days of order placement with more detail.

If you are out of town, but want to take advantage of a FLASH SALE, please notify us in the check out page under the gift message the window of time that your package can be received by.

Returns

If you wish to return your products, you must contact us within 48 BUSINESS hours of receiving the product(s) for AUTHORIZATION to do so.**              

It is at your expense to ship your returns back to our facility! Your order will be credited upon WWC receiving and inspecting your order. Your order must arrive in the condition it was sent to you and returned within the time frame you were given with your AUTHORIZATION. Please reuse all packing materials and Warm Weather Packaging, including refreezing the gel packs.

 **If you did not purchase Warm Weather Packaging in the summer, we can not honor a return back to our facility as it will likely have heat damage!!!

Melting Disclaimer

If you choose to opt-out of Warm Weather Packaging and the products melt in transit, WWC will not be replace or credit for any damaged/melted products. It is advised during the warmer months (70 degrees or more) to add the Warm Weather Packaging option!  Although the temperatures in YOUR area may be cool, the package may travel through areas that are not and could result in melting. Let us help you decide!  We encourage you to call us to help decide if you should purchase Warm Weather Packaging.

Shipping Chocolate in Heat 

When your packages’ destination is over 70 degrees Fahrenheit, we advise that you select our Warm Weather Packaging, (WWP) now available at checkout. This is to prevent chocolate products melting in transit when shipping perishables to hot areas.

Warm Weather Packaging consists of insulated shipping materials and reusable frozen gel-packs.  It is at WWC’s discretion the amount of WWP  materials that are used. We carefully analyze EVERY ORDER based on the temps your package will travel through, the size of the order, the type of chocolate, and the amount of time your order will be in transit.

When considering Warm Weather Packaging,  we ship from our warehouse in Brentwood, NH, (zip code 03833) & ship your order at our discretion via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Express, FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Ground & LTL depending on the order size.

We reserve the right during Warmer Months to ship at our discretion Monday through Thursday to avoid extra transit time that may potentially affect your order.

Average shipments leaving our facility and arriving at your location, take  2-3 BUSINESS days via USPS Priority or FedEx Express**  If it is a larger order, it may be shipped FedEx ground. Orders to the Central/West-Coast states could be in transit 3-5 BUSINESS days.** During warmer weather, we strategically ship to avoid “sitting” on a hot weekend day. (**Peak Holiday Shipping times may be longer due to our shipping partners)

Gifts

We offer a free gift note option at checkout. Gift-wrap add-on for an additional fee. In the warmer months, please ensure the recipient is present and aware of the package being sent to them as you do not want your perishable gift to reside in a hot mailbox all day and melt!
