Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Cornstarch
- 1 Qt Dairy Free Milk
- 1 Package Guittard 63% Extra Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan whisk cornstarch with about ½ cup of dairy free milk until free of lumps
- Pour in the remaining milk and continue whisking over medium heat for about 5 minutes until visibly thickened.
- Remove from heat and add 1 Package Guittard 63% Extra Dark Chocolate Baking Chips, whisking until melted and mixture is smooth.
- Stir in vanilla and pour into a large bowl or ramekins or small cups for individual servings.Enjoy!
