- 2 lg Eggs
- 7.05 oz Light Brown Sugar
- 4.9 oz Granulated Sugar
- 15.5 oz All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Sachet Baking Powder
- 2 pinches Salt
- 40 tsp Softened Butter
- 7.05 oz Cluizel Kayambe Noir 72% Dark Couverture Chocolate Mini Grammes®
Instructions
Cookies
- In a bowl, mix eggs, brown sugar, and sugar together and whisk until frothy.
- Add flour, baking powder, salt, and them softened butter and 7.05 oz Cluizel Kayambe Noir 72% Dark Couverture Chocolate Mini Grammes®. Stir well.
- Make a 2 inch diameter roll, and leave aside for a few hours in the refrigerator.
- Cut 1.4 inch slices from the hardened roll, lay them on a parchment-lined baking tray, and flatten them down.
- Bake in the oven at 350℉ for approximately 10 minutes.
- Let rest for 5 minutes and enjoy!
