Cookies

  • In a bowl, mix eggs, brown sugar, and sugar together and whisk until frothy.
  • Add flour, baking powder, salt, and them softened butter and 7.05 oz Cluizel Kayambe Noir 72% Dark Couverture Chocolate Mini Grammes®. Stir well.
  • Make a 2 inch diameter roll, and leave aside for a few hours in the refrigerator.
  • Cut 1.4 inch slices from the hardened roll, lay them on a parchment-lined baking tray, and flatten them down.
  • Bake in the oven at 350℉ for approximately 10 minutes.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes and enjoy!
