- 3.5 oz Pecan Pieces
- 3.5 oz Peanuts
- 3.5 oz Almonds
- 3.5 oz Granulated Sugar
- 4.9 oz Popcorn Lightly crushed
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1.3 lbs Cacao Barry Zéphyr™ Caramel 35% Caramelized White Couverture Chocolate Discs
Instructions
Crunchy Zephyr Caramel Bar
- Roast and caramalize pecan pieces, peanuts, and almonds with the cooked sugar.
- After the mix cools, mix in the lightly crushed popcorn (and salt).
- Add the 1.3 lbs Cacao Barry Zéphyr™ Caramel 35% Caramelized White Couverture Chocolate Discs and mix.
- Place the crunchy chocolate mix on a thin Zephyr Caramel bar, and decorate with fine dark chocolate lines.
