Ingredients
Crust
- 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 8 tbsp Unsalted Butter (melted)
- ¼ cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
Filling
- 2 Lake Champlain Chocolates® 57% Dark Chocolate Bar (chopped)
- 6 each Gourmet Vanilla Marshmallows (cut to be mini, or just mini marshmallows)
- 1 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
Topping
- 1 Lake Champlain Chocolates® 57% Dark Chocolate Bar (cut in chunks)
- 6 each Gourmet Vanilla Marshmallows (cut to be mini, or just mini marshmallows)
- 2 each Graham Crackers (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, salt, and melted butter and mix until well combined. Press evenly into baking dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove crust from oven. Sprinkle the chopped 2 Lake Champlain Chocolates® 57% Dark Chocolate Bar over crust and drizzle sweetened condensed milk on top. Evenly distribute the filling marshmallows.
- Return to oven and bake for another 15 minutes.
- Remove pan from oven and evenly distribute the 1 Lake Champlain Chocolates® 57% Dark Chocolate Bar chocolate chunks, chopped graham crackers, and remaining marshmallows on top. Bake for another 10 minutes, or until the topping marshmallows are puffed and just starting to lightly brown.
- Let cool completely, then remove from pan and cut.Enjoy!
