Description
This creamy meringue white chocolate is topped with dry meringue and Nordic blueberries, raspberries and strawberries. This is paying homage to Pavlova cake, which originally comes from Australia and New Zealand in the early 20th century but has become a tradition in Norway for the constitution day on the 17th of May.
Pavlova is made from whipped egg whites, sugar and crowned with whipped cream and berries. It’s a delightful play of textures: crisp outer shell of merengue, a chewy interior and topped with cream and fresh fruit.
