Description

Ultra Dark is the ideal coating for chocolate cakes and pastries. Cuts cleanly and has a great chocolate taste. This product is typically used to cut pralines and specialities, fill hollow shells and create ganaches, mousses and creams.

This product sets a bit softer than “Ultra Dark M” compound, and is intended for coating cakes, tarts, pastries and confectionaries.
