Chocolaterie Carré Liquor-Filled Chocolates

During his training, master chocolatier Dirk had noticed that even top chocolate makers did not dare to use pralines with liquid filling. He threw himself wholeheartedly into this adventure. In 1992, master chocolatier Dirk Naert blew the dust off a traditional recipe for liqueur pralines. For a year he toiled to perfect the production process. With a process that was considered too labor-intensive by many colleagues, Chocolaterie Carré built a challenging range of pralines with liquid content. Thanks to its sense of experimentation and innovation, the company developed an internationally recognized palette of flavors. From classic liqueur pralines to fresh cocktail notes.
