- 200 g Invert Sugar
- 60 g Prova Gourmet Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract
- 55 g Prova Gourmet Grade A Papua New Guinea Vanilla Beans (4oz)
- 3 g Xanthan Gum
Instructions
Paste
- Place 60 g Prova Gourmet Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract, 55 g Prova Gourmet Grade A Papua New Guinea Vanilla Beans (4oz) sugar, and xanthan gum in a food processor and blend on high speed for at least 5 minutes.
- Once a smooth paste is achieved, transfer to a sealed container. Keep in a cool, dry space for up to 1 year.
- In future recipes, replace each vanilla bean with 15 g of your Prova Scratch-Made Vanilla Paste in recipes.
