Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Svenska Kakao Drick Choklad 70% Dark Drinking Chocolate
- 3 tbsp Svenska Kakao Kokoa Kamili Tanzania 74% Dark Chocolate Bar
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- PRV Salt
- 6 dl Milk (can be exchanged for any plant-based milk base for a vegan version)
- 1/2 tsp Prova Gourmet Madagascar Bourbon Pure Ground Vanilla Powder (50g)
- PRV Cream (optional)
- PRV Dark Rum (optional)
Instructions
- Finely grate the dark chocolate so that you have 3 tbsp
- Mix with cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla powder
- Whisk the mixture in a saucepan with a splash of the milk so that you get a liquid cream.
- Pour in the rest of the milk and heat over medium heat.
- It is important that the milk does not start to boil. That is why we usually measure the temperature. 70 degrees is a perfect hot chocolate temperature.
- Feel free to top with a dollop of cream or a dash of rum for adults only
