Located in Ecuador is Hacienda Victoria, which is a fertile land considered sacred for thousands of years. The ideal climate and sustainabile agricultural practices produce a cacao with a fruity aroma, and a strong chocolate flavor. The region produces the Arriba “Nacional” cocoa bean, culivated using ancient and traditional methods to grow this food of the goods. On tasting, it offers extreme elegance and strong notes of white flowers.

This chocolate bar is crafted from Venezuelan cacao, some of the highest-quality cacao in the world. Over the centuries there have been numerous hybridizations of the cacao crop, but the aromatic profile of Venezuelan cacao leaves no room for doubt in its notes of fruit and nuts, prevailing a supreme chocolate aftertaste. The blend is made from cocoa from several cocoa hybrids originating from the Venezuelan states of Merida, Trujillo, Tachira and Zulia south of Lake Maracaibo, omitting a delicate and fresh aroma with notes of almonds and coffee. Low acidity and astringency, great finesse, elegance and long persistence.
