  • 1 Coffee Maker
  • 1 Microwave or Double-Boiler
  • 1 Heat-Proof Bowl
  • 1 Spoon or Whisk
  • 1 Serving Glass
  • 1 Ice Cube Tray
  • Measuring Cup
  • 1 Grater Optional

Instructions

  • Melt the Guylian chocolate
  • Break 3 to 4 chocolate Seashells into pieces.
  • Place them in a heatproof bowl with 1 tablespoon of milk or cream.
  • Heat briefly (10–15 seconds in the microwave) and stir until you have a smooth, thick chocolate sauce.
  • Mix with coffee
  • Pour the cold coffee over the melted chocolate.
  • Stir well so the flavor's blend beautifully. (You now have a creamy chocolate–coffee base.)
  • Pick your glass.
  • Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour the coffee–chocolate mixture over the top.
  • Add the remaining milk or cream and give it a quick stir, or let a swirl form naturally.
  • Finishing touch: Place one Guylian Seashell on top or on the rim of the glass. For extra indulgence, grate a little Guylian chocolate over the top.
