Melt the Guylian chocolate
Break 3 to 4 chocolate Seashells into pieces.
Place them in a heatproof bowl with 1 tablespoon of milk or cream.
Heat briefly (10–15 seconds in the microwave) and stir until you have a smooth, thick chocolate sauce.
Mix with coffee
Pour the cold coffee over the melted chocolate.
Stir well so the flavor's blend beautifully. (You now have a creamy chocolate–coffee base.)
Pick your glass.
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Pour the coffee–chocolate mixture over the top.
Add the remaining milk or cream and give it a quick stir, or let a swirl form naturally.
Finishing touch: Place one Guylian Seashell on top or on the rim of the glass. For extra indulgence, grate a little Guylian chocolate over the top.
