Greetings Cocoa Community & Happy New Year!

Thank you for your patronage this past year and we’re excited about new and hopefully more stable prospects for all in 2021!

WWC was fortunate in 2020 to have a strong E-Commerce presence and to have been in a position to supply many home bakers with supplies and ingredients to really challenge their skills and test their culinary courage. But like everyone else (literally), we were forced to navigate through new challenges, identify and address weaknesses and implement enhancements that in the long run will make us a stronger company and allow us to better serve you, our cocoa community. In addition to reassessing some of our shipping services, we also found that our systems were extremely challenged during peak periods, which caused an unacceptably slow and thus less than optimal shopping experience. In response to these issues we did a deep dive into the cause and found that our severs were not sufficient to properly handle the volume we have been fortunate to attain. We have kicked the year off by correcting the issue and now stand ready to provide a more streamlined and pleasurable visit to our virtual world of chocolate indulgence. Additionally, we appreciate your patience and understanding as all of the shipping services worked through the herculean task of delivering the onslaught of online sales this holiday season. We also want to thank and express our appreciation for our supply chain partners that have all worked tirelessly, through the last few months to keep products moving to their intended destinations (usually:-).

Smile often, laugh freely, be kind, thoughtful and friendly to all and please accept our sincere wishes for a healthy, prosperous and joyful 2021!

Cheers,

Craig
