The Peruvian beans are purchased from the producer Ucayali river cacao. Their fermentation station is just outside Pucallpa in Peru’s part of the Amazon. This dark chocolate bar is crafted with precision and emits elegant notes of rose, lychee fruit and freshly ground black pepper.
