Made with cacao that is carefully fermented and dried by Vicente Norero of Camino Verde in Ecuador. Vicente’s unique fermentation techniques, along with his careful sourcing of Nacional cacao from a multitude of growers, give this chocolate its distinguishable, rich, chocolatey flavor.
