Off the beaten track, this “dark milk” is unclassifiable: halfway between a dark chocolate and a milk chocolate. In our factory, the beans are roasted at a gentle heat, slowly ground with a stone mill and matured for several weeks. A touch of caramelized milk brings roundness and deliciousness to this exceptional bean from the terroir of Morropón, Peru.
