- Melt and temper the baking chocolate
- Put a spoonful of it on a piece of parchment paper
- Spread with a spoon or brush and form a ghost, and wait for the chocolate to fully crystallize
- Add the eyes and the mouth by “drawing” with a toothpick or the tip of a knife, you can use melted dark chocolate
- Apply ghosts to your cake!
