Svenska Kakao Luxurious Hot Chocolate
A recipe for the perfect hot chocolate. The secret is to mix both cocoa powder and grated chocolate and to add a small pinch of salt. Try it and you'll see.

Finely grate the dark chocolate so that you have 3 tbsp
Mix with cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla powder
Whisk the mixture in a saucepan with a splash of the milk so that you get a liquid cream.
Pour in the rest of the milk and heat over medium heat.
It is important that the milk does not start to boil. That is why we usually measure the temperature. 70 degrees is a perfect hot chocolate temperature.
