Svenska Kakao Luxurious Hot Chocolate

A recipe for the perfect hot chocolate. The secret is to mix both cocoa powder and grated chocolate and to add a small pinch of salt. Try it and you'll see.

  • Finely grate the dark chocolate so that you have 3 tbsp
  • Mix with cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla powder
  • Whisk the mixture in a saucepan with a splash of the milk so that you get a liquid cream.
  • Pour in the rest of the milk and heat over medium heat.
  • It is important that the milk does not start to boil. That is why we usually measure the temperature. 70 degrees is a perfect hot chocolate temperature.
  • Feel free to top with a dollop of cream or a dash of rum for adults only
