- 6.34 oz Butter
- 7 Eggs
- 6.34 oz Granulated Sugar
- 3.7 oz All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Sachet Baking Powder
- 14.1 oz Cluizel Vanuari Lait 39% Milk Couverture Chocolate Mini Grammes®
Instructions
Milk Chocolate Cake
- Melt 11.6 oz of 14.1 oz Cluizel Vanuari Lait 39% Milk Couverture Chocolate Mini Grammes® in a double boiler and pour melted butter in.
- Whisk egg yolks and sugar together until blanched, and sift flour and baking powder together. Mix both batters together.
- Whip egg whites until stiff and gently fold them into batter. Add remaining chocolate.
- Pour into a buttered and floured sponge cake pam.
- Bake in the oven at 350℉ for 45 minutes. Remove from the pan and leave to cool.
