Greetings Cocoa Community,

I’d like to thank all of you that have booked passage in our new Flight Club. Flights depart monthly, so feel free to book a sensory adventure & join the fun!

As we move into October, it’s time to reset our warm weather packaging default back to “no”, but as always the choice as to whether or not WWP is necessary for your order is always up to our customers discretion. If you ever have questions  on the topic, we have guidance available on our shipping page for your convenience.

As always all of us here at WWC are very appreciative of our entire cocoa community, we’re grateful for your orders and certainly your repeat business as well! We have worked hard to develop an easy, pleasurable and informative shopping experience and we will always strive for continuous improvement in this area. However, as we move rapidly into the fourth quarter, it is becoming very apparent that this year is going to be a little different. The supply chain challenges we are all seeing on the news are quite real. WWC will absolutely have the products you have come to expect and we’re working hard to mitigate the increased costs associated with all facets of the supply chain. However, at the risk of this sounding like a sales pitch, I strongly recommend that you order early and check back often as there are many items that are being delivered to us on a very different schedule than in previous years.

Please consider using our waiting list and back order options on the WWC site too, as we are watching them closely and working hard to meet the increased demands brought on by the baking, gift and holiday season. We’re eager and excited to contribute to your families lasting memories, so if you have any special requests please let us know and we will gladly work with you to help make your event special!  Thanks to all.
