Greetings Cocoa Community,

Happy Labor Day Weekend!

Enjoy time with family as we all give a nod & raise a glass to the creativity and perseverance of  the American workforce. Additionally, the first Monday in September is the generally accepted transition from Summer to Autumn as businesses gear up for the busy fall and holiday seasons. Kids will rush to make the bus in the crisp morning air and the first frost will soon canvas our New England hillsides. However, for WWC and throughout our Cocoa Community, this transition is also the unofficial kick-off of Baking Season! A time to create our favorite recipes, stock our pantries for the Holidays and to tryout that new dish found on the internet (or the WWC site), which will soon become your signature “go to” dish for entertaining or as that bring-along that will have the entire guest list clamoring for the recipe. So turn down the grill, warm up the oven, create with passion and share your test batches with the kids at the bus stop:-)

For those of you not as skilled in the culinary arts, fear not, we have plenty of options for you as well.
