Ingredients
- 2 Cups Granulated Sugar
- 1 Cup Allez Belgian Glucose Syrup
- ¾ Cup Water
- 1 Pinch Cream of Tartar
- 1½ tbsp Food Coloring
- 1½ tsp Flavored Extracts
Instructions
- Add the water, sugar, 1 Cup Allez Belgian Glucose Syrup, and cream of tartar into your pot. Set heat to medium-low to heat mixture.
- Gently stir and bring mixture to boil.
- Once the sugar syrup mixture reaches 300℉, it will harden up, and should become brittle.
- Prepare sheet pan with a silicone mat or spray it lightly with cooking spray.
- Pour the hot sugar syrup onto the prepared pan or into silicone molds. It thickens very quickly so be swift.
- Let cool for about an hour. Break up and enjoy!
