- 2 Cups Granulated Sugar
- 1 Cup Allez Belgian Glucose Syrup
- ¾ Cup Water
- 1 Pinch Cream of Tartar
- 1½ tbsp Food Coloring
- 1½ tsp Flavored Extracts
Add the water, sugar, 1 Cup Allez Belgian Glucose Syrup, and cream of tartar into your pot. Set heat to medium-low to heat mixture.
Gently stir and bring mixture to boil.
Once the sugar syrup mixture reaches 300℉, it will harden up, and should become brittle.
Prepare sheet pan with a silicone mat or spray it lightly with cooking spray.
Pour the hot sugar syrup onto the prepared pan or into silicone molds. It thickens very quickly so be swift.
Let cool for about an hour. Break up and enjoy!
