Welcome to the long awaited collaboration with Park City local Alpine Distillery! It is always a special experience for Ritual Chocolate to work with one of their neighbors in Utah and this collaboration was one of the best they’ve done.
This exclusive limited edition bar is made from the Mid Mountain Blend of cacao, juniper berries, locally grown lavender by Blue Canyon in Heber City, Utah, and Alpine’s award winning gin. To create the perfect fusion of these high quality ingredients Ritual Chocolate has aged them all together. The process took place in an Alpine gin barrel over the course of six months to ensure they were able to bring out every bit of delicate botanical notes locked within. The result is a sophisticated flavor profile with the depth and complexity gin is known for.
The only regret Ritual has with this bar is that they didn’t make more of it. Whether you’re a gin lover, a chocolate connoisseur, or both, our gin barrel aged chocolate bar is sure to impress.
