Passion fruit is one of the most beloved fruits of the Brazilian. Baianí decided to bring to the world of harmonization of the most exotic flavors, the opportunity of meeting between this wonderful fruit and their chocolate.
The most appropriate percentage for the balance of flavors was the 65% cocoa of Baianí’s unique origin Potumuju Valley and the flavors of passion fruit comes combined with a crunchy texture resulting from the demerara sugar caramel mixed with the dehydrated pulp of passion fruit.
This bar was inspired by Baianí’s silver awarded Easter egg in the 2022 contest of best eggs by the Paladar do Estadao Notebook.
