Ingredients
- 3 Cups Whole Milk
- 2/3 Cup Valrhona Opalys 33% White Couverture Chocolate Feves Chopped
- 1 each Cinnamon Stick
- 1/2 tsp Prova Gourmet Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
Instructions
- Put Heat on Low and Add ¼ Cup milk to Small Saucepan
- Add 2/3 Cup Valrhona Opalys 33% White Couverture Chocolate Feves, stirring constantly, until melted. Stir to Melt.
- Add Cinnamon Stick. Stir until Melted and Combined.
- Add Remaining Milk and and Continue Stirring.
- Add Cinnamon and Nutmeg and Stir to Combine.
- Add 1/2 tsp Prova Gourmet Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract and Stir to Combine.
- Pour Liquid into a Cup and Remove Cinnamon Stick, and Garnish with Whipped Cream.
- Sprinkle Cinnamon on top of Whipped Cream and Enjoy!
