- ½ cup Butter ( softened )
- ⅓ cup Granulated Erythritol ( equivalent to granulated sugar )
- 1 Large Egg ( room temperature )
- 1 tsp Prova Gourmet Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Flavor (Alcohol Free)
- 1¾ cup Almond Flour
- ¼ tsp Baking Soda
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¾ cup Guittard Beyond Sugar Vivre 58% Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, cream butter and erythritol until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in egg and 1 tsp Prova Gourmet Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Flavor (Alcohol Free). In another bowl, whisk almond flour, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Stir in ¾ cup Guittard Beyond Sugar Vivre 58% Dark Chocolate Chips.
