Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Butter ( softened )
- 1/3 cup Granulated erythritol ( equivalent to granulated sugar )
- 1 Large egg ( room temperature )
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cup Almond flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3/4 cup Guittard Beyond Sugar Vivre 58% Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, cream butter and erythritol until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in egg and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk almond flour, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Stir in chips.
