Instructions
In a medium saucepan whisk cornstarch with about ½ cup of dairy free milk until free of lumps
Pour in the remaining milk and continue whisking over medium heat for about 5 minutes until visibly thickened.
Remove from heat and add
1 Package Guittard 63% Extra Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
, whisking until melted and mixture is smooth.
Stir in
2 tsp Prova Gourmet Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract
and pour into a large bowl or ramekins or small cups for individual servings.
