- 220 grams Whole Milk
- 35 grams Callebaut 30.4% Gold Caramel Baking Callets
Instructions
- Steam milk to ± 72°C.
- Mix in the Gold Callets until uniform consistency is achieved. Serve in a tall glass.
- Optionally top with a spoon of whipped cream, crispearls, or whatever you prefer!
