This traditional Dark Milk 53% cocoa chocolate infused with the aromatic ancestral Rica Rica plant, a rare, rustic & mildly minty herb. Endemic to the Atacama Desert, the world’s driest desert, it has an exotic flavor and a delicate aroma. This combination results in a creamy chocolate with herbaceous notes of rosemary, thyme and eucalyptus .
La Rica Rica is harvested manually by Patricia Pérez, known as “La Atacameña”. Born and raised in the Norte Grande, she is dedicated to collecting wild plants native to the area, keeping alive ancestral traditions of northern Chile.
