As part of the Nordic Specials series, Fjåk has created the perfect Norwegian breakfast bar. Down through the generations of Norway, hot oatmeal porridge (Grøt) was a regular every-day meal (breakfast, dinner or dessert). Traditionally, porridge was most often oats boiled in water, but today, it is more popular to use milk, serving with with an “eye of butter”, and with sugar and cinnamon to taste.
