Description
This chocolate is a collaboration with JACU coffee roasters based in Ölesund, which was established in 2011. Similar to the Jacu bird, they pick and roast only the best beans. They look for great plantations, optimal processing and the roasting profiles which will make the most out of each bean.
The cocoa is sourced from Pisa, Haiti and blended with Monte Verde Amazonas coffee from Peru to make a bar that tastes like an intense espresso.
