Working in collaboration with Bixby Chocolate’s friends at Split Rock Distilling, Bixby set out to create a chocolate bar unlike any other they have ever made. Certified organic single-origin Dominican Republic cacao nibs are soaked in Split Rock’s 15th month aged organic Bourbon for several weeks. The resulting bar is robust and complex with a pronounced smooth and woody flavor profile. A true one-of-a-kind chocolate experience!
