- 1 Food processor or blender
- 1 Large glass
- 1 Long spoon or straw (for drinking)
Ingredients
- 35 g Callebaut Gold 30.4% Caramelized White Couverture Callets
- 90 g apricot puree
- 150 ml milk
Instructions
Golden Milkshake
- Melt the gold chocolate together with 150ml of milk and mix until smooth
- In a food processor blitz all the ingredients together
- Decorate a large glass with caramel drizzle
- Pour the drink into the decorated glass
- Add whipped cream and toppings galore!
