Ingredients
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 g Café-Tasse 60% Dark Chocolate Bar
- 150 g Flour
- 1 bag Vanilla Sugar
- 85 g Regular Sugar
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Cut chocolate into small pieces
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Place 75g of the butter (softened), the sugars and the egg (whole) in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon.
- Gradually add the flour mixed with baking powder and salt and then, the chocolate.
- Shape the cookies on baking paper on an ovenproof tray.
- To form the cookies, use 2 tablespoons (or just your hands) and make small heaps spaced apart; they will grow as they bake.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
