A chocolate with intense cocoa notes, highlighting guava and blackberry, along with a slight acidity that makes your mouth water. This is the first of Óbolo’s dark chocolates to have cocoa butter added during its production, creating a much more subtle and pleasant entry on the palate.
Recommended Pairing:
Carmenere or Malbec wine. 12-year-old single malt whiskey. Zacapa rum.
