Their Royal Cinnamon is an heirloom variety, and exemplifies the intense sweetness and spiciness for which Vietnamese cinnamon is prized.
Instructions:
In a small saucepan, combine 1/4 cup (4 tbsp) of chocolate mix and 3/4 cup (6oz) milk of choice. Over medium heat, bring to a simmer while stirring occasionally. When it reaches a simmer (bubbles around the edge), simmer and whisk vigorously for 15 seconds to incorporate. Serve and let sit for one minute to thicken.
