As part of Fjåk’s ‘World Flavors’ series they have created a very special ‘double-sided’ flavor bar, where Norway meets Japan. One side sings with the mellow, sweet nuttiness of traditional Japanese matcha tea, the other, contrasting in color and flavor, with the tangy, citrus sweetness of Nordic sea buckthorn. When flavors collide, magic can happen.
