Fjåk’s Sichuan pepper is a collaboration with Banzha restaurant in Bergen – who showcases the amazing gastronomy of Yunnan Province in Southwest China. By lacing beautiful Thailand cocoa beans with green sichuan pepper, Fjåk created a vibrant milk chocolate with herbal and sometimes aromatic notes that transport you along the ancient silk road.
