Criollo cocoa, the finest in the world, has an inimitable aroma. The annual quantity of Criollo cocoa cultivation, which amounts to 0.01% of world cultivation, suggests the fragility, but at the same time the value and quality of this unique cocoa.
The product is made exclusively with Criollo beans, all cultivated in Venezuela. Domori indicates ‘blend’ because in their plantation we cultivate several Criollo varieties (Chuao, Porcelana, Ocumare, etc.). The product is made from a selection of these varieties depending on availability, while always respecting the defined aromatic and organoleptic profile.
