Description
Puertomar is a recent criollo planted in 1998 in the Domori plantation in Venezuela. This is the first example in the world of Criollo cocoa recovered, understood and interpreted on the terroir and in the fermentations: a huge step forward in research and taste.
Organoleptic properties: It presents notes of cream, spices, almond, cherry jam, with excellent sweetness and roundness.
