Dick Taylor’s best selling Fleur de Sel chocolate bar is an elevated version of a classic pairing with 73% Northerner Blend dark chocolate and hand-harvested Guatemalan sea salt from their friends at Bitterman Salt Co. DT takes cacao from both Akesson Plantation of Madagascar and Fazenda Camboa of Brazil, and combine it with organic cane sugar from the Green Cane Project of Brazil to craft into the 73% Northerner Blend. This balanced chocolate blend is complemented by delicate Guatemalan sea salt sprinkled onto the back of each bar.
