The Chuncho variety is considered a true heritage of Peru. Its atypical growing conditions at 1200m altitude make it unique. In the Cuzco region, near Machu Picchu, the Appcacao cooperative is committed to the conservation of Chuncho and brings together 110 small plantations of excellence, exporting only micro-lots. Hence this very limited edition.
