At the foot of Pic Saint-Loup, between vineyards and scrubland, Les Co’Pains du Pic are among the rare artisans to work sourdough bread from ancient cereals, without added yeast. Listening to our childhood memories, we have combined our grand cru dark chocolate from Belize with “Méteil” country bread which reveals its rustic aromas of undergrowth, while providing the comfort characteristic of good crusty bread.
