Boho Chocolate’s journey began with founder Charles Burke’s 25-year passion for chocolate, which started in a small New England shop. His dream was to create bean-to-bar chocolate from raw cacao beans. Inspired by his daughter, he traveled to South America to learn from farmers and local chocolatiers, deepening his appreciation for cacao’s origins. This experience sparked the creation of BOHO Chocolate, based in Florence, Massachusetts.
