Premium Icelandic Chocolate with a Creative Twist
Created by two friends in Reykjavík, Iceland, in 2013, Omnom is led by passionate chef Kjartan Gíslason and entrepreneur Óskar Þórðarson. Omnom produces small-batch, “bean-to-bar” chocolate, using the finest cacao beans sourced worldwide. Together, Gíslason and Þórðarson challenge the understanding of bean-to-bar chocolate production, and the way flavors and textures can creatively expand the business.
Omnom’s aesthetic is uniquely both baroque and minimalist, inspired by fantastical creatures, surrealism, pop art, and contemporary Nordic architectural design. Its tattooed bestiary visually defines Omnom. Unlike traditional chocolate bars, Omnom’s chocolate doesn’t come in squares but rather in geometrical shards. Handmade in Iceland in small batches, Omnom offers premium single-origin chocolate, Iceland-inspired bars, seasonal flavors, and Krunch, Omnom’s chocolate-covered malt balls.

Black n’ Burnt Barley White Chocolate Bar with Barley & Activated Charcoal

Milk Chocolate Bar with Caramel
Notes: Caramel, Fudgy, Rainbow
Omnom takes their Nicaragua milk chocolate base and coats the backside with their caramel crunch, creating fudgy caramel bliss.
Coffee Chocolate Bar
Notes: Coffee, Popcorn, Waffle
One of the first of its kind, this “milk chocolate” has no cocoa solids, but consists of cocoa butter and coffee beans alongside milk powder and sugar. Omnom teamed up with their friends at Reykjavik Roasters to create this rich blend of creamy coffee chocolate, exceeding all their initial expectations.
White Chocolate Bar with Cookies & Cream
Notes: Cookie, Milk, Bitter Cocoa
Exceptionally creamy white chocolate with hints of vanilla and grass. The backside consists of mildly bitter chocolate cookies made with Omnom’s 70% Tanzania dark chocolate.
Caramelized White Chocolate with Lakkrís & Sea Salt
Notes: Licorice, Silky, Salt
Complex yet smooth, the silky taste notes of licorice and salt have made this chocolate a fan favorite.
Madagascar Milk Chocolate Bar with Sea Salted Almonds
Notes: Almond, Salt, Berry
The Madagascan cacao yields strong notes of red berries and is met with a creamy maltiness from Icelandic milk. Then coated with Saltberk sea salt-coated almonds, the nuttiness brings this chocolate to a flavor harmony.
Madagascar 45% Milk Chocolate Bar

The Madagascan Cacao was some of the first which Omnom had tried out, and created their love for single origin cocoa.
Madagascar 66% Dark Chocolate Bar
Notes: Citrus, Berry, Floral
The origin that started it all for Omnom: Madagascar. The fruity secondary notes in the cacao are followed by earthiness and a floral tang bringing out the best flavors in the cocoa.
Tanzania 65% Dark Milk Chocolate Bar
Notes: Fudgy, Brownie, Pear
At an exceptionally high cocoa content, this milk chocolate has the sugar content similar to an 80-85% dark chocolate bar. The fudgy brownie notes bring forth a creamy & delicious dark milk chocolate.
Nicaragua 50% Milk Chocolate Bar
Notes: Fudgy, Cherry, Walnut
The cocoa in this bar comes from O’Payo, which is a single region cacao from a certified co-op near the Bosawas Natural Reserve in the northern mountains of Nicaragua. When combined with Icelandic milk, it yields a fudgy, ganache-y chocolate with secondary notes of cherry and walnut.

The deep earthy chocolate puts delicate flavors on display native to the Nicaraguan cacao.

Tanzania continues to rise when it comes to popularity of its fine cacao – especially with craft chocolate makers. The beans in this blend are carefully procured and processed yielding a mix of strong stone fruit and hazelnut undertones.
