August is more-a-less the Sunday of summer, no? I cannot believe how quickly it’s passing by, but each years moves quicker than the last! 

This month we are highlighting a double-feature from Hogarth Chocolate, our newest bean-to-bar maker from Nelson, New Zealand. Outside of Australia, this is the furthest maker-origin from WWC possible to bring in – Hogarth chocolates have traveled over 9,000 miles in their journey to flight club and for great reason. Both included are some of the best Hogarth chocolate options (I cannot stop consuming the buttered toast chocolate….) and you are some of the first in the country to try these! 

We also have some exciting new brands coming in this fall, and will continue to include some smaller couverture chocolate options for snacking (or baking / molding!) as these are some of the toughest chocolates to get your hands on for tasting. A lot of new will release this fall, stay tuned & subscribed for more!
