Single Origin Bolivia Chocolate
Bolivia is not the first country to come to mind when thinking about chocolate, but it soon will be. Smallholder farming collectives & indigenous producers are combining efforts with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, along with chocolate manufacturers looking to expand into new territories, to grow the region into a more-available option. Because of the lesser availability, Bolivian cacao is often sourced via direct trade with the farmers & indigenous people, some of which are the only farming the cacao at this point in time.
